UNDERSTANDING OUR SERVICES

All services are performed by appointments or walk ins. Service descriptions, pricing, and estimated timeframes are provided as guidelines and may vary based on hair length, size, density, condition, or requested style modifications.

Final service pricing and duration may be adjusted at the stylist’s discretion if the selected service differs from the actual work required.

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due in person at the time of service using the accepted payment methods communicated at booking.

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and variations (size, length, add-ons). If the incorrect service is booked, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accepted deposit methods include Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay, all sent to (469) 472-7715. Please include your full name and appointment date in the payment memo.

Failure to submit a deposit within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

  • No-call / no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

HEALTH, SAFETY & SATISFACTION

Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety or results.

Once a service has begun or is completed, refunds are not provided. If you have concerns during your appointment, please communicate them immediately so adjustments can be made.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

All original branding, logos, text, and design elements on this website are the property of the salon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
